2026 Elf Hat Promotion Full Terms and Conditions
- This promotion is available to customers with a valid LaplandUK 2026 booking.
- To qualify, you must enter a valid LaplandUK 2026 booking reference at checkout. This will remove the standard delivery charge and allow your promotional order (including Elf hats, badges and/or Christmas Eve Boxes) to be delivered together with your Lapland 2026 invitation.
- Your delivery name and address must match your ticket booking details. Where we are unable to match your details, we may delay dispatch or arrange separate delivery (additional charges may apply).
- Combined delivery is currently only available to delivery addresses within the UK, the Channel Islands (Guernsey GY and Jersey JE postcodes), the Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man, and Gibraltar. Customers without a delivery address in these locations are not eligible for this promotion.
- Delivery of Elf hats, badges and/or Christmas Eve Boxes purchased under this promotion will take place at the same time as your Lapland invitation and may differ from standard delivery timelines.
- Customers who purchase three (3) or more Elf hats in a single order will receive one (1) Father Christmas’ Christmas Eve Box free of charge. This will be automatically applied at checkout and is subject to availability.
- Each Elf hat purchase comes with a personalised letter and a surprise badge. Customers will receive one of a possible ten badges selected at random. Specific badges cannot be selected or requested.
- This promotion cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
- We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. This will not affect orders already placed.
