When will Lapland Honorary Elf Hats be delivered?

Lapland Honorary Elf Hats ordered in June will be dispatched by the end of summer. If you enter your LaplandUK 2026 booking reference at checkout, your order will be delivered with your invitation(s). Please ensure your delivery address matches the one on your booking. For Golden Experience bookings, Honorary Elf Hats are included and will also be delivered with your invitation(s).

Can my Lapland Honorary Elf Hats be delivered with my Lapland 2026 Invitations?

To have your Honorary Elf Hats delivered with your invitations, please enter your LaplandUK 2026 booking reference in the discount code box at checkout when placing your order. This will remove the delivery charge and allow your Elf Hat order to be delivered together with your invitation. Please ensure your delivery address matches the address on your Lapland booking. Combined delivery is currently only available to delivery addresses within the UK, the Channel Islands (Guernsey GY and Jersey JE postcodes), the Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man, and Gibraltar. Customers without a delivery address in these locations are not eligible for this promotion.

Where can I find my Lapland booking reference?

If you have made a booking for our 2026 Lapland Ascot or Lapland Manchester experience, you will have received a booking confirmation email. Your Lapland booking reference can be found in your booking confirmation email. If you're unable to locate it, please contact our Friendly Elf Help team via our Contact page or using store@laplanduk.co.uk.

What happens if I enter the wrong booking reference?

If an incorrect booking reference is entered, it won’t be recognised at checkout and an error message will appear. When entering the booking reference in the discount code box, please ensure you copy and paste it from your booking confirmation without spaces and the characters are capitalised.
